Deep Tissue Massage
Using my extensive knowledge in trigger point techniques I will customize your session targeting deep layers of muscles and connective tissues to reduce chronic pain. I will use a slow and steady approach giving your body the opportunity to unwind and release built up tension. Deep tissue massage targets '“knots” and adhesions deep in the sub-layer of your muscles. You will leave with improved posture, increased blood flow, and tension relief.

Myotherapy Massage
Myotherapy is a noninvasive therapy that helps treat pain caused by injuries, issues with your muscle tissue, fascia, or soft tissue. I will use trigger point release techniques and a variety of other techniques to relieve muscle and myofascial pain. You will be taken through a full body integrative structural series that will leave your body completely renewed.

As a mother of two I understand how pregnancy can effect the body. My pregnancy massage will give you the ultimate treatment of relaxation and restoring sore muscles. Enhanced Pain Relief Salve
This is a great option if you suffer from chronic pain, prolonged injury recover, and inflammation in joints and muscles. Using Enhanced Pain Relief professional massage lotion and a Customized Healing Salve, you will leave feeling extra relaxed and tension free! You may have a choice of adding additional types of salves, massage oils, and essential oils to your massage to further your relaxation.

Paraffin Treatment
First, you will have a choice between Happy (Raspberry and Grapefruit), Escape (Peppermint Essence), and Eucalyptus Eco-fin Paraffin Alternative Wax. Then I will place your hands and feet into a warm paraffin sleeve and cover with warm mitt or booty. Next hot towels will be wrapped around your hands and feet. Finished with a relaxing and well-deserved hands and feet massage.

Cupping
Cupping offers many health benefits to the body by breaking up adhesions and increasing local blood supply and circulation. During this treatment, I will combine massage with specific placement and movement cupping of pliable silicone cups to hypertension on the body. Cupping uses negative pressure to pull and open deep tissue layers, creating blood flow in stagnant areas of the body. This would be a great add on if you have chronically stuck muscle and connective tissue.

Facial Massage
This facial massage treatment includes products by Results By Nature®: QUENCH, REGENERATE, or FIXIT, depending on your skin type. Our goal will be releasing acupressure points and stimulating lymphatic flow. If you suffer from headaches, migraines, and jaw tightness this will be a perfect add on for you. Facial massage can improve circulation and blood flow promoting a glowing appearance in the complexion.
